About the Role
Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the presentation and playability of our coastal golf course and surrounding resort grounds. Your work will directly contribute to the experience of our members and guests enjoying this unique destination on the Mornington Peninsula.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain turf, greens, and landscaped areas to a high standard
- Carry out mowing, planting, landscaping, and general course upkeep
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on turf machinery and equipment
- Support irrigation systems, water management, and spraying programs
- Identify and report course and grounds maintenance needs
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and team-focused working environment
About You
- Cert III in Turf Management (essential)
- Previous experience in golf course or turf maintenance
- Strong understanding of turf care, equipment, and safe work practices
- Physically fit and enjoy hands-on, outdoor work
- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player

Additional Information
- Flexibility required, including weekends and occasional on-call
- Police check required as part of the recruitment process
