Cape Schanck Resort
- Be the welcoming face of RACV Spa and create memorable experiences for our guests
- Work in a beautiful Mornington Peninsula resort setting as part of a supportive wellness team
- Enjoy a varied role combining guest service, spa bookings and day-to-day coordination
Great Things Start Here
Set amongst the stunning surrounds of the Mornington Peninsula, RACV Cape Schanck Resort is a destination for guests looking to relax, recharge and escape the everyday.
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Spa Host to join our dynamic team.
We’re looking for a warm, organised and customer-focused Spa Host to join our team on a permanent part-time basis to help create a seamless experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
About the Opportunity
As a Spa Host, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our spa guests, making them feel welcome and looked after from arrival through to departure.
You’ll manage appointments and enquiries, coordinate treatment bookings, process payments and support our therapists and Spa team to keep each day running smoothly. You’ll also assist with stock, guest orders and general administration while maintaining the beautiful presentation of our spa environment.
It’s a varied, hands-on position that would suit someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and thrives in a calm but busy customer-focused environment.
What you’ll need to be successful
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous reception or customer service experience, ideally within spa, beauty, wellness, hospitality or a similar environment
- A genuine passion for delivering warm and memorable guest experiences
- Strong administration, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
- Confidence managing bookings, payments and guest enquiries
- Great attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
- Flexibility to work across our 7-day resort operation, including weekends
Experience with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems would be beneficial but isn't essential. Qualifications or studies in Beauty Therapy, Massage or Make-up would also be highly regarded.
