About the role

We have a rare opportunity for a casual Night Supervisor, to join our professional Front Office team, working overnights e.g. 11pm-7am.

As a Night Supervisor, you will shine brightly as the first point of contact for the resort, providing our guests with 5 star customer service and a memorable experience.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your key responsibilities are to:
•  Oversee our busy night operation
•  Be responsible and accountable for effectively auditing the daily operations of the resort
•  Carry out all accounting & financial duties as per procedure
•  Produce accurate reporting
•  Provide 5 star customer service, anticipating guest needs
•  Checking guests in & out
•  Respond to guest enquiries in a timely manner

We’re looking for… 
•    Experience in a 4-5-star hotel or resort
•    Opera knowledge would be an advantage
•    A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
•    Excellent administration and organisational skills
•    Team player and works well under pressure
•    Flexibility to work across a 7-day/evening rotating roster
