About the Opportunity
Do you enjoy working in a high-performing team and help to create exceptional client experiences? We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Conference & Events Sales Executive to join RACV on a parental leave fixed term contract. With a comprehensive handover and training period, you'll step into an established role managing client enquiries, driving sales opportunities, and helping deliver outstanding events.
This opportunity would suit a confident sales professional with experience in account management, business development, client services, events, or hospitality who enjoys building relationships and achieving results.

As a Conference & Events Sales Executive, you will be working closely with operational teams and event coordinators to ensure a seamless client experience. Your key responsibilities include:

Managing conference and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation

Preparing proposals, quotations and event documentation

Converting enquiries into confirmed business

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Conducting client meetings and site inspections

Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and grow business
What you’ll need to be successful

Experience in sales, business development, account management, events or a similar client-facing role

A proven ability to build relationships and convert opportunities into business

Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills

A proactive, customer-focused approach

A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Conference & Events or hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential
We are Offering

Fixed Term 12-18 month Contract | Full-time Monday to Friday 9am–5pm
