What you will be doing:

Hit the ground running with this inbound phone-based contact centre position.  With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. You will play a critical role helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services.  With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.

• Permanent part-time role - commencing Monday, 21st of July 2025.
• Fixe Roster – 1.30pm-6.30pm, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working arrangement - providing great flexibility.
• Drive sales - by focusing on members’ needs and providing immediate and effective solutions with our range of products and services. 
• Champion personalised conversations – by providing exceptional service experiences that deliver on our brand promise.
• Variety of work - help ensure a seamless and consistent customer and member experience this may include exposure to OMNI channels

• Previous omni channel experience (desirable)
• Previous retail or telephony sales experience is highly regarded.
