We’re currently seeking a Settlement Support Officer to join our Settlement team and contribute to the compliant settlement of Automotive loans across our Direct and Broker channels. 

 

Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract covering parental leave based in our Noble Park office.  

 

 

The Opportunity 

Reporting to the Settlement Support Team Leader, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring personal loan applications are settled accurately, efficiently and in line with RACV Finance policies and regulatory obligations. 

Using your strong attention to detail and lending knowledge, you’ll review and verify application information, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes for RACV Finance customers. 

 

 

 What You’ll Be Responsible For 

  • Undertake settlement and compliance activities for personal loans 

  • Ensuring applications adhere to approved credit conditions and lending policy 

  • Complete relevant verification checks such as  PPSR searches 

  • Identifying and escalating compliance irregularities when required 

  • Adhering to AML/CTF obligations and responsible lending requirements 

  • Delivering timely, professional service to internal and external stakeholders 

  • Supporting brokers and internal teams to achieve compliant customer outcomes 

  • Contributing to  a collaborative environment

Qualifications & Experience 

Desirable  

  • 2 years’ experience in finance or a related industry
