About the Opportunity

 

As a Settlement and Support Specialist, reporting to the Team Leader, you will be last line of verification before loans are disbursed, ensuring all settlements across all franchises are compliant with RACV Finance's Lending Policy as well as ASIC, AFIA & AUSTRAC guidelines.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Full decision-making responsibility for the Settlement and Compliance of secured personal loans
  • Communication of compliance irregularities to stakeholders
  • Supporting the broader Finance team in growing and expanding our business
  • Being an active participant within the finance team responsible for achieving team objectives and contributing to the growth of the business by achieving relevant individual KPI’s both behavioural and operational

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Essential – Minimum 2 years in Finance or related automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of the Personal Loan credit process and risk assessment
  • Sound knowledge of NCCPA, Credit Act, Privacy Act, and other applicable legislation
  • Well-developed problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and networking ability
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail
