We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated individuals to join our Member Engagement team as warm Outbound Specialists. In this role, you'll lead meaningful outbound conversations that build strong connections with our members, proactively educating, supporting, and engaging them to strengthen their relationship with RACV.

Role Details:

• Full-time, permanent role starting 14th July 2025
• Monday to Friday, shifts designated between the hours of 8am–6pm.
• Hybrid working
• Paid training and ongoing support

What you’ll do

• Outbound calling: Initiate outbound calls to existing members and customers based on provided lists and campaigns. 
• Member Engagement: Establish rapport with members and customers through active listening and effective questioning to understand their needs and preferences. 
• Product Knowledge: Provide tailored information about RACV’s products and services, helping members make informed choices that suit their situation.
• Customer-Centric Conversations: Ensure every interaction is friendly, respectful, and aligned with our commitment to putting members first.

What we’re looking for

• Outbound or phone-based customer service experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Have intermediate PC skills and knowledge of relevant software (highly desirable).
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Previous telephony sales experience is highly regarded for this role.
