About the Opportunity

 

Reporting to the Payment Support & Administration Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our members/debtors with enquiries related to their existing loans. Drawing on your strong customer service skills, you’ll assist via phone and other channels to ensure a positive member experience.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, comfortably switching between handling administrative tasks and assisting with call queues, all while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

 

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

 

Loan servicing & Member Support 

  • Responding to inbound calls from members/debtors regarding existing loan accounts
  • Actioning loan-related requests received through various channels (email, website, etc.)
  • Managing service request and complaint cases efficiently through Salesforce
  • Handling returned mail (“Return to Sender”)
  • Making proactive outbound calls to support account servicing

 

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Performing bank statement reconciliations
  • Managing invoicing processes
  • Maintaining accurate data records
  • Administering NAB Connect, including batch processing
  • Completing refund processing and loan finalisation reconciliations
