We’re looking for passionate Customer Service Consultants to join our Noble Park, Roadside Assistance Team who will play a critical role as the first point of contact to our members by providing a reassuring and empathetic tone of voice in all situations.   

 

Assisting with a diverse range of calls, you will assist our members with incidents varying from a flat tyre/battery to a burst water pipe at a their residence. You will feel empowered and motivated as your contribution will truly make a difference to the lives of everyday Victorians.    
 

This is a Permanent Full-Time Position, The commencement date is on Monday, 22nd of June 2026. 

We are looking for Consultants and presently offering a rotational 3 week roster, between the hours of 6am – 1am you will be required to do at least 2 weekends of this rotation. Paired with this schedule, you’ll also have access to our FlexiRoster, providing additional flexibility and control over your shifts, making it easier to balance work and personal commitments.

 

Our 6-week training program will set you up for success in the role providing you with a blended learning experience made up of classroom and on-the-job training (Note: training is operated from our Noble Park contact centre).

  • Proven customer service and KPI experience 
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems 
  • Keen sense of direction and knowledge of Melbourne suburbs 
  • Passionate at building longstanding relationships  
  • Individuals that enjoy working in a team environment with a good culture
  • Think outside the Box/Problem solving skills
