About the Opportunity

 

As a Collection and Hardship Officer, reporting to the Team Leader, you will use your interpersonal skills to assist our members/debtors with their payment support needs. Through quality conversations and proactive thinking, you will assist in ensuring the protection of RACV Finance Company’s (RACVF) assets and member experience.

 

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Proactive approach to the recovery of debt and management of the portfolio including Financial Hardship Assistance and appropriate alternatives for members/debtors.
  • In depth and quality conversations to protect member/debtor experience and business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recover outstanding monies on secured and unsecured loans
  • Identify and combat potential losses in the loan portfolio within our legislative requirements.
  • Provide advice and assistance to internal customer service areas on collection procedures.
