About the Role
We’re looking for a detail focused Administration Support Officer to join our RACV Finance team within Motoring & Mobility on a 12 month contract basis.
RACV Finance offers a variety of financial products, including car loans, personal loans, and travel loans. We offer a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun environment in which to work. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support and Administration Officer to join our team to continue to provide a high level of service to our customers.
Reporting to the Payment Support & Admin Team Leader, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of RACV Finance through accurate banking, reconciliation, reporting and customer support activities.
You’ll work closely with Finance, Credit, Settlements and external partners, supporting end-to-end payment processes while delivering high quality service to RACV, Finance customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Finance and FTP inboxes, responding to customer and internal enquiries promptly (statement and payout requests, direct debit changes, etc.).

Support customer access to the Self-Service Portal and assist with Cloud Lending case management.

Maintain Salesforce complaint management and finance mailbox workflows.

Prepare, print and post daily mail including finalisation, dishonour and reminder letters; action return-to-sender mail.

Support and assist in reporting and bank reconciliation where requiredContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and achievement of team KPIs.
About You
You’re a proactive and organised administrator with strong attention to detail and a customer first mindset. You thrive in a fast paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and take pride in delivering accurate, high quality work.
What you’ll bring

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call centre role.

Strong numeracy and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.

Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage high volume workloads.

A positive, “Can Do” attitude and strong team focus.
Qualifications

Desirable: Experience in customer service within automotive finance and/or similar call centre roles
