About the Opportunity

 

As the Administration Support Officer, reporting to the Payment Support and Admin Team Leader, you will be an active participant in the day-to-day operations of the Finance team. You will use your interpersonal skills to assist our members/debtors with their general enquiries for a positive member experience.

 

Your key responsibilities will be:

 

  • Bank statement reconciliations including processing of manual electronic funds transfers via NAB Connect.
  • Accounts payable & receivable duties
  • Assisting our members/debtors through various channels (inbound calls and email requests)
  • Daily reporting and file management
  • Dispute resolution – first line response
