About the Opportunity

 

As a result of an internal move, an exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and switched on Technology Service & Asset Coordinator to join our collaborative Technology team.

The Technology Service & Asset Coordinator is responsible for driving asset management activities across RACV’s Technology division while ensuring exceptional front-line customer service at the Head Office.

 

As the Technology Service and Asset Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Manage the SmartHub service counter to oversee hardware and software asset management
  • Ensure high quality customer service
  • Own and maintain the accuracy of the Technology Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Assist with other service management responsibilities within the Service Desk team.
  • Provide face-to-face Technology support to the business and conduct Technology inductions
  • Manage incidents and requests
  • Undertake additional duties aligned with skills and experience as directed.

 

Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring

 

We are on the look out for a go getter with a positive attitude. An individual who is customer obsessed and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You will have the ability to communicate with various stakeholders at all levels and build meaningful relationships. You will be able to multitask, be passionate about technology and be open to learning and developmental opportunities. ITIL foundation or any Technology degrees or certifications would be considered highly desirable. Prior experience within a Desktop Support or a Service Desk Support team would be beneficial

 

Please note this role is an onsite and a hybrid role which requires travel between our CBD head office and RACV Noble Park.
