About the Opportunity


The Solar Sales Admin is responsible for supporting the Solar Energy Consultants to meet their sales targets. We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused, enthusiastic individual to join the team!

As our Solar Sales teams are spread regionally with sites In Bendigo, Traralgon, Bairnsdale, Geelong Dandenong and Melbourne CBD, we are interested in hearing from candidates in all of these areas.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Solar team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:


  • Completing sales, taking deposits, and maintaining accurate sales records and documentation
  • Finalizing the administration and ongoing communication with customers
  • Follow up proposals post Technical Review
  • Maintaining knowledge of the Solar Vic Application Process & Plenti Finance Application Process
  • Processing pre-approvals with the relevant energy distributor
  • Providing ongoing Customer Service and support and scheduling as required

Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring


Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything. You’ll come with:

  • Tertiary/TAFE qualification in business administration (highly desirable)
  • 3 years’ experience in delivering effective and responsive customer service
  • Prior experience working alongside an energy provider (desirable)
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to participate in achieving team goals
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative, prioritise tasks and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
