About the Opportunity
The Senior Business Analyst will focus on a range of significant projects/initiatives from simple to high complexity impacts across the RACV Infrastructure Program. Working alongside a variety of senior stakeholders, you will hold exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the scoping, planning, analysis, and documentation of business processes, requirements, and benefits identification on waterfall and agile projects and Agile squads.

Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify those impacted by changes to processes, procedures, technology, and ways of working.

Undertake analysis, design, modelling, and documentation of business processes and procedures for (as-is) current state and defining the (to-be) future state.

Lead and facilitate gathering requirements to meet business and Technology needs.

Comprehend and capture technical requirements from the Technology support teams.

Define and document the business metrics and acceptance criteria of business requirements.

Produce high-quality detailed business requirements and/or epics and user stories that are implemented by technical teams.

Identify and document any dependencies and integration requirements for technical and process-driven projects.

Create high-quality work instructions, user reference guides, and procedures for use in training and support.

Develop transition to support documentation for business analysis artefacts and provide knowledge transfer and support for the transition processes.
Who We Are Looking For
-
8+ years’ work experience as a Business Analysis Practitioner or similar role supporting organisation-wide or end-to-end technology and business projects from planning and evaluation to execution.

5+ years' work experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst is desirable.

Infrastructure experience is highly desirable.
-
Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is essential.

Prior experience working in a member-based and/or customer-facing organisation is preferred.
Role-Specific Capabilities

High level of organisational credibility with strong stakeholder management, engagement, and relationship skills.

Strong planning, conceptual, analytical, and insights skills.

Experience working on an ERP financials implementation.
-
Experience with integration with and remediation of other applications.

Understanding of financial processes.

Highly valued is experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or similiar.

Technical skills including proficiency in writing clear and concise business and technical documentation, understanding of systems architecture, software applications, and technical environments.

Ability to create and understand data models, including entity-relationship diagrams and data flow diagrams.

A good understanding of Interface specification writing, including defining and documenting the inputs, outputs, and functions of software interfaces.

A strong knowledge of specifications for APIs, including endpoints, methods, request/response formats, and authentication.

Identify and document integration points between different systems and applications.
-
Ability to engage technical stakeholders to understand their requirements and explain these requirements and the implications to the impacted business areas.

An ability to embrace change, challenge, and drive the right solutions.

Advanced written and oral communication skills with an ability to facilitate a variety of verbal, written, and visual methods.

Demonstrated knowledge of the tools, techniques, and methodologies used for business analysis.

Able to identify, understand, and operate within the agreed scope of responsibilities.

Ability to work iteratively to execute to time and quality within project/Squad methodology.

Work effectively in a team environment and, where appropriate, give guidance to other team members.

Experience with Jira and Confluence.
