About the Opportunity
As the Senior Project Manager (PM), reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, you will play an important role in driving consistent planning, management, delivery, and transition of projects across our business applications and wider technology initiatives.
Success in the role will require an ability to effectively plan and deliver multiple projects as well as manage their inter-dependencies, whilst leading project team(s) and vendors.
You will have a deep understanding of end-to-end planning and delivery in a broad range of technology projects, be proactive and hands on in approach, as well as skilled at engaging and influencing team members and business stakeholders.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Program Management team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

Manage and lead the delivery of major projects and initiatives in relation to time, cost, scope and business outcomes

Establish and lead effective stakeholder relationships and communication channels

Develop high quality project status reports, to achieve project objectives

Produce requests for tenders and facilitate the evaluation and selection of request for tenders
Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring
Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything. You’ll come with:

Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is essential

Certification in Project Management (Agile, Prince2 and/or PMBOK) (essential)

Over 10 years of proven experience in end-to-end project management, including more than 2 years as a Senior Project Manager.

Experience with broad range of technology Including demonstrated success in planning to business case stage and delivering complex strategic business transformation projects that bring significant change to the organisation

Strong experience in digital channel augmentation and or CRM implementation preferably in Salesforce is desirable

Extensive stakeholder management at multiple levels within organisations

Able to effectively manage discovery, scoping, estimation activities and the development of a delivery schedule during a business case phase
-
Expert in executing project delivery plans, scope, coordinating and managing project resource activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables

Experienced with effective management of project risks, issues and mitigation activities to ensure project deadlines, scope and quality measures are achieved
