As a trusted People & Culture Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders across a diverse portfolio of corporate business divisions to shape people strategies, support organisational change and drive meaningful business outcomes. We're looking for a proactive, self-driven professional who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, takes ownership and enjoys being close to the business. Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, you'll be a well-rounded HR leader who can seamlessly balance workforce planning, talent and organisational development, employee relations and change initiatives, while delivering practical day-to-day people solutions that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce transformation and change initiatives.
- Support divisional leadership teams to build high-performing, engaged and inclusive cultures.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and practical people solutions.
Talent & Organisational Capability
- Lead talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop capability strategies that support future workforce needs.
- Drive learning and development solutions tailored to divisional requirements.
- Strengthen leadership capability and support career growth across the organisation.
Workforce Planning & Resourcing
- Design and execute strategic workforce plans that enable future readiness.
- Support resource acquisition, optimisation and capability development initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent attraction practices to ensure inclusive and effective outcomes.
Employee Relations & Change
- Lead the management of complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
- Provide advice on employment legislation, enterprise bargaining agreements and grievance resolution.
- Partner with leaders to navigate organisational change and transformation programs.
- Ensure consistent application of people policies and practices across multiple jurisdictions.
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years' experience in Human Resources with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Extensive experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders.
- Proven success leading workforce planning, organisational design and transformation initiatives.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including workplace investigations and EBA negotiations.
- Experience implementing HR frameworks, systems and capability initiatives.
- Comfort operating across both strategic and operational priorities, with the ability to proactively drive initiatives while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of People & Culture services.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, with CIPD, SHRM or equivalent certification highly regarded.
