About the Opportunity


RACV is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Partner – Corporate to align workforce strategies across our digital transformation and member-first mission. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic insight, cultural leadership, and operational excellence.


As a trusted advisor to Executive General Managers and General Managers, will lead initiatives that foster a culture of care, innovation, accountability, and inclusion. You will deliver pragmatic solutions that enhance the employee experience across the full lifecycle—from the EVP to retention and growth, whilst  supporting global capability development and organisational change.


Key focus areas

 

  • Leadership: Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion while building strong relationships with divisional leaders. Lead talent strategies, model RACV values, and foster a respectful, high-performing culture.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Advise on organisational design and workforce transformation. Deliver tailored people solutions, resolve employee concerns, and support continuous improvement.
  • Capability Development: Manage talent and succession planning cycles. Shape learning strategies and evolve capability frameworks aligned with business needs.
  • Workforce Planning & Resourcing: Lead strategic workforce planning and optimise resourcing.. Ensure inclusive recruitment and support graduate programs.
  • Organisation Design & Change: Guide structural changes and embed cultural improvements. Support leaders with change planning, communications, and impact analysis.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure consistent people policy application. Lead complex employee relation case resolution and  advise on EBAs and employment law.
    Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Promote safe work practices and psychological safety. Support return-to-work programs, lead incident investigations, and contribute to OH&S initiatives.

 

What You’ll Bring
You will bring extensive experience in senior people and culture roles. Your understanding of international employment laws will enable you to navigate complex employee relations and enterprise bargaining agreements with confidence and cultural sensitivity. You will have successfully led workforce planning, organisational change initiatives and have a strong track record of implementing people systems and frameworks that drive business outcomes.

With postgraduate qualifications or recognised people  certifications (such as CIPD or SHRM), you will be  equipped to deliver strategic people solutions that enhance capability, performance, and employee experience across diverse environments.
