About the Opportunity

 

We are looking for an experienced digital practitioner, to lead engagement for RACV’s portfolio of third-party managed websites. In this role, you’ll focus on ensuring that all third-party platforms are fully aligned with RACV’s digital design principles, strategy, and compliance standards.

 

In parternship with Senior Product Owners, you will lead the engagement and management of third-party digital platforms, driving excellent UX and CX across both new and existing platforms. A key aspect of your role will be to engage and educate business owners on their responsibilities within the RACV Digital Compliance Framework.

 

Your ability to influence and collaborate across multiple workstreams and with diverse stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role.

You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Digital team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the effective delivery of RACV’s Digital Compliance Framework across third-party websites, ensuring they meet RACV’s compliance and security standards
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve our approach to third-party website management
  • Work with design leads, product owners, executives and GMs to deliver superior UX and CX on third-party platforms
  • Guide business owners and GMs on digital compliance responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance third-party website function, design, and content, leveraging user feedback, and research
  • Provide leadership to support new digital platforms and experience to be built meeting RAV’s digital design and compliance standards

Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring

 

Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of everything. You’ll come with:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Technology, digital management, marketing, business)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a digital, technology or channel management role, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on technology or digital programs
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering digital channel improvements and enhancements that have positive impact both customer experience metrics and commercial outcomes
  • Familiarity with the digital and technology landscape, including regulatory landscape for data, privacy and identity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide actionable recommendations
