Shape the Future of Financial Performance Management
This is a unique opportunity to become the technical owner of RACV's Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform, supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting across the enterprise.
Working closely with Finance, Data & Analytics, Technology teams and external delivery partners, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our EPM environment remains secure, reliable, scalable and aligned with RACV's strategic goals.
Reporting to the Finance Reporting & Analytics Manager, you'll combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to drive platform excellence, support critical finance cycles and influence the future direction of our EPM capability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the stability, security, performance and availability of RACV's Oracle EPM environment.
- Manage environments, releases, upgrades and vendor relationships, including oversight of Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Resolve complex technical issues and proactively monitor platform health and data integrity.
- Act as the technical lead for EPM implementations, enhancements and optimisation initiatives.
- Translate complex finance requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Analytics and Product teams to ensure solutions align with product strategy and roadmap objectives.
- Own end-to-end integrations between Oracle EPM, Oracle Fusion ERP and enterprise source systems.
- Ensure financial and operational data remains accurate, reconciled and auditable.
- Govern metadata and master data alignment across platforms.
- Establish and maintain platform standards, controls, documentation and governance frameworks.
- Embed compliance, audit and financial integrity controls across the EPM environment.
- Lead risk mitigation, change management and release management practices.
- Provide expert support during budgeting, forecasting, month-end and year-end cycles.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues impacting Finance outcomes.
- Build capability across Finance teams through training, knowledge sharing and documentation.
- Drive automation and process improvement opportunities across the EPM ecosystem.
- Assess new Oracle EPM functionality and quarterly releases, providing recommendations that enhance business value.
- Improve user experience, reporting capability and operational efficiency through technology innovation.
What You'll Bring
Essential Experience
- Significant experience in an EPM Administrator or EPM Systems Analyst role within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on administration experience with Oracle EPM Cloud or HFM, including modules such as Planning, FCCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, etc.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise finance processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial close.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Strong configuration, business rules development, technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Demonstrated involvement in at least one end-to-end EPM implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams.
Desirable
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
- CA, CPA or equivalent finance qualification.
- Experience governing EPM solutions delivered through Managed Service Providers.
