About the opportunity

 

Our Senior Consultant, Strategy & Insights role is pivotal in shaping the analytical and insight-driven strategies that underpin RACV’s Membership division and broader business objectives. You will play a key role in driving growth ambitions, solving complex strategic challenges, and delivering commercially viable solutions through robust analysis and modelling. 

 

A strong background in consulting is essential, with proven experience in delivering strategic recommendations and actionable insights.

  • Providing strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in strategy development and execution.
  • Synthesise complex data into compelling business recommendations.
  • Provide excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen and a member-centric mindset.
  • Bring experience in strategic analytics, data innovation, and applying external market insights.

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Possess 3+ years’ experience in a consulting or blue-chip corporate environment working on data-led strategy development and customer analytics
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant business discipline such as commerce, marketing, economics etc. Postgrad desirable
  • Strong understanding of commercial value drivers
  • Hands-on ability to manipulate, analyse and synthesise data into insight across multiple data sources (internal databases, qualitative & quantitative customer research, market insight)
  • Lead & deliver strategic projects end-to-end (scoping to execution)
  • Development of commercially sensible strategic marketing (customer segmentation, value propositions, loyalty & engagement)
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with senior audiences
