There is an excellent opportunity for a driven, motivated Senior Events Coordinator to join the events team at the RACV City Club. This is the ideal location for you to develop your skills and shine in a friendly, professional and collaborative team environment. This is an excellent opportunity to champion your customer service skills by planning and delivering exceptional events. 

Your main responsibilities:

As a Senior Club Events Coordinator, you will be required to undertake event administration/management duties with tasks including: 

  • Event Portfolio Development and Management
  • Overseeing of event promotion, ticketing and marketing campaigns
  • Support to the department lead in absence or other duties as required
  • Guidance and support to the Club Event coordinators
  • Collaboration and Promotion of events with internal stakeholders
  • Creative control of Hotel lobby activations for Major City of Melbourne events
  • Obtaining payment, sending deposit reminders and managing your own event accounts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume venue where you will manage multiple events per week



What we are looking for:

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Experience in a member focused property coordinating a large volume of events
  • A passion for events and a desire to learn and improve on event management skills
  • A proven track record of exceeding client/member expectations
  • Professional customer service etiquette
  • Naturally tech savvy and efficient with administrative duties
  • Self-motivated and ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
  • Experience in marketing is desirable
