About the role

 

Cliqit is RACV’s loyalty and benefits SaaS platform, helping organisations build deeper customer, member and employee engagement through curated offers, rewards and experiences.

 

We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially driven sales manager to design and lead our sales strategy while driving new business growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the go-to-market approach, build a scalable sales function and play a key role in the next phase of Cliqit’s growth.

 

Reporting to the Head of Cliqit, you will lead and grow the end-to-end sales strategy while remaining actively engaged in-market. You’ll personally source, pitch and close new business, while building the foundations for a high-performing sales function.

 

This role combines strategic leadership with direct selling, with accountability from pipeline through to signed contract and a strong focus on revenue growth.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Shape and execute the Cliqit sales strategy, including target segments, pricing and channel approach
  • Drive new business growth –source, pitch and close deals while carrying an individual revenue target
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, leading end-to-end sales from discovery through to contract signing
  • Establish and grow the Cliqit referrer channel to extend market reach and drive pipeline
  • Partner effectively with Cliqit’s third parties, including technology partners and existing referrers.   
  • Build  relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders, leading strategic and high-value opportunities
  • Ensure a seamless handover to the Cliqit Client Success team, setting clients up for long-term success
  • Define the approach to scale the sales function, including hiring and capability uplift
  • Embed sales processes, CRM discipline, governance, forecasting and reporting to drive performance and transparency
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal to align on growth, delivery and governance
  • Adhoc interstate travel required

 

 

About you

 

  • Proven ability to translate strategy into tangible sales results and revenue outcomes
  • B2B sales capability, from prospecting through to negotiation and signing
  • Demonstrated experience driving growth as a BDM highly desirable
  • Confident engaging and influencing executive and C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience building or scaling a sales function, including processes, tools and team
  • Highly commercial, with expertise in pricing, contracts and deal structuring
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work across partnerships, product, marketing and operations

 

 

Skills & experience

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Strong track record of winning and growing new business
  • Experience in SaaS, loyalty, rewards or membership-based products (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
  • Experience leading, coaching and building high-performing sales teams
  • Advanced CRM, pipeline management and forecasting capability
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
