About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead and coach self-organising, self-managing Agile teams as they work to achieve their goals.
Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will embrace Scrum core values, adopt and apply Scrum principles and implement Scrum practices to enable continuous improvement in the quality of deliverables. You will lead and develop highly trained, motivated and efficient scrum teams with a strong outcome focus and a high level of agile maturity through coaching, mentoring and establishing internal Community of Practice groups.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Postgraduate qualifications in IT / Computing and extensive, relevant experience (7+ years)
- Certification or extensive experience and expertise in Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework
- Extensive senior-level experience in building high-performing teams as well as leading teams through transformation and change ensuring effective positive change outcomes
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills with experience in establishing priorities, allocating resources and meeting deadlines in a large, complex Scrum/Scaled Agile organisation
- Outstanding relationship management and consulting skills, including the ability to engage, influence and negotiate with senior management
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, including demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate new concepts and information
