About the Opportunity

RACV is embarking on an exciting transformation of its Leisure technology landscape and we're looking for a Revenue Management Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of our leisure revenue platform.

As the Revenue Management Specialist, you will support the design and configuration of RACV's new Leisure Platform, ensuring it enables effective revenue optimisation, pricing, inventory management, distribution, channel connectivity and revenue reporting across our national portfolio of 10 properties. You'll work closely with Revenue, Sales, Finance, Operations and external vendor partners to translate business requirements into scalable revenue management solutions.

What you’ll do

• Provide revenue management expertise to support the design and implementation of the new Leisure Platform.
• Define and document revenue, pricing, inventory and distribution workflows.
• Support platform configuration, testing, validation and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Revenue, Sales, Reservations, Finance and Technology.
• Support revenue working group discussions and support vendor engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue integrity and reporting capabilities.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' revenue management experience within hospitality, aviation, cruising or travel industries
• Strong expertise across pricing strategy, yield management, forecasting, inventory management and channel distribution.
• Experience with revenue configuration, rate management and  OTA distribution.
• Previous involvement in system implementations, process improvement, testing or operational transformation initiatives.
• Hospitality or leisure industry experience with hands-on use of revenue management, property management and distribution systems.
