About the Opportunity

As the Research & Insights Analyst, you will be working within the Strategy & Insights team. With RACV being the largest member organisation in Victoria, you will be supporting initiatives focused on improving the lives in the areas of motoring and mobility, home, energy and leisure for our members and customers, our community and our people.

Working in collaboration with the team and stakeholders, you will be uncovering insights from the wealth of data available; this could be leveraging existing data assets to liasing with research companies to creating surveys. You will also have exposure to the various areas at RACV ranging from motoring and mobility to home and energy to leisure.

What you’ll need to be successful

About you …

• Analytical mindset
• Be curious and seeking to identify and/or follow interesting leads
• Proactive, determined, and self-directed
• Strong time management skills

We are looking for … 

• Having experience in manipulating, interrogating and interpreting data
• Ability to transform data into insights, and to weave into a compelling story
• Higher tertiary qualifications
• Experience in SQL and Tableau would be desirable
