About the Opportunity

We’re now looking for a Reporting & Data Analyst to join our Finance Operations team and help turn data into meaningful insight that drives continuous improvement.


In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards and insights that track performance against key metrics. You’ll interrogate data, uncover trends and anomalies, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards and data models
  • Track and manage monthly remediation activities
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify insights, risks and opportunities
  • Deliver clear analytical commentary and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support data quality, governance and compliance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through analytics and optimisation tools

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Strong analytical capability with experience using SQL and visual analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Proven experience delivering reporting and insights in a financial environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and confident influencing outcomes with data
