About the Opportunity

 

Join the Acquisition Integration Team that sits within RACV’s CFO Division—a team driving both the successful integrations of M&A transactions and the next wave of sustainability reporting. As our Reporting & Business Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of interpreting current and emerging sustainability related legislation, designing smarter business solutions, and ensuring RACV leads the way in sustainability disclosures and compliance. You’ll help shape processes that matter, influence outcomes across the business, and build capabilities that set RACV up for long-term success.

  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the business, influencing strategy and outcomes.

  • Support external audits and ensure RACV’s disclosures are best-in-class.
  • Create compelling presentations and reports that inform and inspire.

Who We’re Looking For And What You’ll Bring

 

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You bring:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • A passion for sustainability and a drive to make a difference.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a sustainability related field, either as a Business Analyst or Consultant, or Reporting Advisor
  • Experience with all major sustainability related frameworks (e.g. TFND, GHG Protocol) and current and upcoming legislative schemes (e.g. AASB S2 and NGERS)
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, and confidence working with large data sets.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude—ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Innovative thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
