About the Opportunity  

    

This opportunity sits within Altius Property Group. Backed by RACV’s scale and reputation, Altius deliver a national portfolio of master-planned residential, commercial and hospitality developments. You will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of residential, hotel and mixed-use development projects. 

You’ll be exposed to the full development lifecycle – from feasibility and planning through to construction and completion – while building your commercial, asset and development project management skills. 

 

Throughout the program, you will: 

  • Support the delivery of property development projects from early planning through to construction and completion 

  • Work with consultants, contractors and internal teams to help coordinate project activities and track progress 

  • Assist with project reporting, research and analysis to support decision-making and project outcomes 

  • Contribute to feasibility, budgeting and financial tracking activities 

  • Be involved in design, planning and approvals processes, gaining exposure to how developments are shaped and approved 

  • Travel and participate in on site visits – travelling between Victoria and Queensland whilst collaborating with stakeholders to understand how projects are delivered on the ground 

 

What you’ll need to be successful:

To be considered for the program, you’ll need:   

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Property, Construction, Architecture, or a related field 

  • To have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years  

  • Previous internship, project or work experience in property, construction, project delivery or a related environment (desirable) 

  • A genuine interest in property, development or project delivery, with curiosity to learn and grow 

  • Familiarity with feasibility tools such as Estate Master is advantageous 

  • Quick learner, curiosity with a genuine commitment to learning and developing yourself 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills   

  • Resilience and a positive approach when navigating new challenges 

  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and contribute practical solutions 

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive mindset and the initiative to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 

  • A valid driver's licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria)

Following a successful video interview, shortlisted candidates may be invited to attend a face-to-face Assessment Centre in October.
