About the role
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role to assist the team in delivering the property development strategy by coordinating project activities, liaising with stakeholders, managing administration duties, documentation, reporting and ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, budgets, and administration requirements.

- Coordinate administration and project activities to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays
- Liaise with internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Organise and document meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure clear communication
- Maintain project records and prepare reports, presentations, and financial summaries
- Support procurement, finance, and legal processes including RFx, vendor onboarding, and contract administration
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and business planning
What you’ll need to be successful
- Prior administration experience in a project coordination role within the property development, real estate or construction industry
- Qualification in property, construction, commercial, project management, or related field desirable
- Experience in coordinating complex projects and an understanding of project management methodologies, documentation and processes
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software, eg. excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
- Ability to build effective relationships and stakeholder management
- Excellent organisational, attention to detail and written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain project momentum
