About the Opportunity

 

As the Product Coordinator for RACV Trades, you will support the delivery of RACV Trades strategic growth objectives by providing product and operational support to the Trades team and contributing to key project and operational activities to achieve growth across the Trades portfolio.

 

The Product Coordinator for the Trades portfolio is integral in ensuring support for key initiatives across the Trades team which may be strategic or tactical in nature. Working across both the emergency and general trades portfolio to meet customer and financial objectives, as well as exposure to new products.

 

This role will be central to the team in delivering on the department’s growth mandate and will work closely with the Product Managers, delivery squads, marketing, analytics teams and our service delivery partner, Home Trades Hub Australia. Key to this role will be the ongoing measurement and reporting of product performance and subsequent data-based decisions that guide decisions on how each portfolio and products are scaled.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Understanding needs of target customers by segment and drivers of consumer behaviours & help translate this into new product offerings or enhancements to existing products.
  • Assisting in developing supporting documentation, training material and work with Product Managers to assist with the launch of new products, campaigns and processes.
  • Taking ownership of relevant product development tasks and working with an agile delivery team.
  • Analysing and monitor product and revenue performance, including analysis of issues and underlying causes.
  • Contribute to daily commentary, insights and reporting requirements across the team.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities to introduce sales driving initiatives and post-purchase engagement/retention activity
  • Assist with the coordination of existing marketing campaigns, service communications and promotional activity.

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Qualifications/studies in Product Management, business management or customer experience design and journey mapping desirable
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales/marketing environment is desirable.
  • Solid computer literacy with exposure to Salesforce CRM desirable
  • Proficiency working with large volumes of data in excel, with experience in analysis and interpretation of findings to present to varied stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to gain the confidence of and work with senior management.
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively on multiple projects and manage competing demands
  • Strong stakeholder & relationship management skills and working collaboratively in cross functional projects and teams
