About the opportunity
As the Procurement Governance Specialist, you’ll be accountable for end-to-end procurement governance, with a strong focus on the Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle across RACV. You’ll ensure procurement activity is compliant, controlled, auditable and consistently applied, and that it is conducted through Oracle Fusion, supporting strong financial controls and defensible decision-making.
Reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager, you’ll act as a key support for procurement governance activities, partnering with Procurement Business Partners, Finance, Risk, Audit and ERP support teams to embed best-practice processes and controls across RACV’s purchasing activity.
What you’ll be doing
- Govern the end-to-end PO lifecycle, ensuring POs are raised compliantly and prior to invoice receipt.
- Monitor open POs, approvals, thresholds and sourcing pathways, driving timely closure and audit-ready compliance.
- Analyse use of contracts, panels and suppliers, managing exceptions and supplier due diligence (via Jaggaer).
- Act as a key contact for suppliers, supporting invoicing and effective 3‑way matching.
- Support the development, maintenance and uplift of Procurement and Fleet policies, frameworks and controls.
- Deliver procurement reporting and insights across PO compliance, policy adherence, approvals and exceptions.
- Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes, reporting and technology.
- Act as a day-to-day SME for Oracle Fusion purchasing processes and PO workflows.
- Support fleet invoicing, reporting, records management and ad-hoc vehicle procurement and disposal.
- Partner with fleet providers and support drivers with policy compliance.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Procurement Operations / Procure-to-Pay, including Purchasing Agreements, Purchase Requisitions and PO lifecycle knowledge.
- Oracle Fusion ERP user experience (highly desirable).
- Source-to-Contract platform experience (e.g., Jaggaer, Zycus, Ariba) (desirable).
- Risk management / controls experience (desirable) and fleet operations knowledge (desirable).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce or Economics (desirable).
