About the Opportunity

As a Portfolio Revenue Analyst you’ll provide proactive support to the Revenue Strategy team by assisting with reporting, pricing, distribution and inventory management processes to maximise revenue and support efficient operations across the RACV portfolio of properties.

 

You’ll deliver and build accurate and insightful data to Portfolio Revenue Managers, as well as Marketing and Finance as needed, pertaining to the market, forecasting, performance and other revenue management strategies for multiple properties.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Complete rate loading and publishing
  • Coordinate with the Central Reservations department to maintain accurate reservation system information relating to rates in OPERA
  • Resolve technical issues and mitigate any risks
  • Work with the Portfolio Revenue Managers to implement initiatives and projects
  • Investigate and prepare all documents relating to revenue strategy and competitive analysis to present at weekly meetings

What you’ll need to be successful

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in Revenue or Reservations Management, preferably in a Hotel or Resort environment essential
  • Ability to solve problems promptly and effectively
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Opera configuration & report setup is desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel & PowerPoint is ideal
  • A proven ability of being able to create, implement and support the ongoing successful operation of new initiatives
  • Hospitality or Business degree, with a focus on Revenue Management, highly regarded
  • An understanding of BI tools i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc
