A 12-month graduate program that includes rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation, followed by a permanent full-time opportunity

About the Opportunity
As our People & Culture Graduate, you’ll complete three rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.
This role provides broad exposure across key People and Culture functions, including Business Partnering and Employee Relations, Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW), and Shared Services. Support our People & Culture team and gain a broad understanding of how we attract, develop and support our people across RACV. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions and business areas.
Throughout the program, you will:

Supporting day-to-day people processes, projects, and stakeholder advice across the employee lifecycle

Contributing to continuous improvement, change initiatives, coordinate wellbeing-related events and learning as well as employee experience outcomes

Building capability in workplace relations, compliance, wellbeing, and people operations
What you’ll need to be successful:

To be considered for our program you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, Human Resources or a related field

Will have completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years

Inquisitive nature – we love questions!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong relationship builder and team player

Curiosity and growth mind with eagerness to learn and grow in an ever-evolving part of the business

Previous work experience in Human Resources, Health, Safety & Wellbeing activities, Project or Change Support or similar fields would be advantageous

A valid driver's licence (successful candidates will need to travel to different RACV Resorts across Victoria)
