About the Opportunity
RACV is looking for a People & Culture Consultant to deliver high‑quality, responsive HR advice and support within a shared services model. This role is the first point of contact for people matters, providing practical guidance to employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent, compliant and efficient People & Culture services, while also contributing to continuous improvement and the responsible use of digital and AI‑enabled tools.

- Provide timely, accurate advice on People & Culture policies, procedures, awards and legislation
- Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, changes and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records
- Manage enquiries and cases within agreed service levels
- Partner with Payroll, Talent and People & Culture teams to deliver a seamless employee experience
- Contribute to process improvement, reporting and service enhancements, including AI‑enabled solutions
What you’ll need to be successful
- 2–4 years’ experience in HR advisory, People & Culture or shared services
- Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
- A customer‑focused mindset balanced with governance and compliance
- Experience working with HR systems, digital workflows and self‑service environments
- Confidence using technology and AI tools responsibly and ethically
