About the Opportunity 

RACV’s Leisure Operations team works in close partnership with our Club & Resorts property teams and key RACV stakeholders to provide operational support and assist in delivering memorable experiences. The Operations Coordinator role has a strong operational focus primarily on Food & Beverage operations across the group, driving measurable improvements across the portfolio of F&B outlets, with responsibility for uplifting operational standards, overseeing F&B systems use, strengthening supplier relationships and commercial partnerships and delivering key operational projects across the portfolio.

Based from our Bourke St office, you will be highly hands‑on, spending significant time on site at our Leisure properties as required, working directly with venue leaders and frontline teams to embed consistency, efficiency, and quality in Food & Beverage delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative, operationally minded leader who is passionate about driving tangible outcomes across complex, multi‑site food and beverage environments.

  • Support the coordination of operations, primarily in food and beverage, across Leisure properties, with a strong focus on process & product consistency & supplier relationships.

  • Assist in the management and ongoing optimisation of supplier agreements, working with procurement teams on tenders and contract management, including supporting contract obligations, performance reviews, product transitions and operational alignment at property level.

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of operational systems and processes across food and beverage outlets, helping to streamline workflows and enhance the member and guest experience.

  • Work closely with property teams and suppliers to identify opportunities to improve menu execution, beverage offerings, product availability and service standards.

  • Monitor member feedback and operational insights related to food and beverage experiences, supplier performance and product quality, and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Participate in and support operational projects, including new supplier onboarding, beverage partner changes, system implementations and the opening or redevelopment of food and beverage venues.

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, venue leaders and external suppliers, contributing to a commercially focused, service‑driven food and beverage operation.
