About the Opportunity
RACV is seeking an Operations & Improvement Analyst to play a critical role in supporting the Business Care product. This role combines high‑volume operational processing with analytics, reporting and continuous improvement, helping ensure strong BAU performance, billing accuracy and excellent customer outcomes.
Working closely with operational, finance and technology teams, you’ll analyse data, identify recurring issues, and help deliver practical process and system improvements—while also being hands‑on with Salesforce, invoicing and core operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and support high‑volume BAU transactions in Salesforce, maintaining data accuracy and audit trails
- Support monthly invoicing, billing, reconciliation and debt management activities
- Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards, providing clear insights and commentary
- Identify data anomalies, root causes and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to process improvement and business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and process mapping
- Coordinate system issues and work with stakeholders to resolve incidents while maintaining BAU delivery
What you’ll need to be successful
- 3+ years’ experience in an Operational Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in operational and/or financial processing (billing, invoicing, reconciliation)
- High proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain insights to non‑technical stakeholders
- A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, process improvement or business analysis is desirable
