About the Opportunity

 

RACV is seeking a Marketing Consultant – Owned Channels to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of owned‑channel marketing across our Leisure portfolio. This role is responsible for driving performance across channels including email, social and other 1:1 communications to achieve annual KPIs.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, you’ll deliver integrated campaigns, manage budgets and provide clear performance reporting, while role‑modelling best‑practice campaign management.

  • Plan and deliver the owned‑channel marketing strategy across the Leisure portfolio
  • Develop and execute campaign plans and briefs across email, social and digital channels
  • Coordinate campaign production, reviews and approvals across Product, Legal and Compliance
  • Track and report on performance, including post‑implementation reviews
  • Continuously optimise owned‑channel activity using insights and data
  • Manage budgets and support team capability through coaching and leadership

 

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in campaign management, with a strong focus on owned, digital and social channels
  • Proven ability to drive reach and engagement through social and 1:1 communications
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills
  • A collaborative, commercially minded approach with a strong member focus
