About the opportunity
RACV is a trusted Australian brand with a proud heritage and a clear purpose: to make life better for our members. We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to join our Leisure Marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role plays a key part in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across RACV Club and associated venues including Sojourn, Bourke Street Green and Le Petit Gateaûx. You’ll support major programs of work while also leading a range of small to medium marketing initiatives end-to-end.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to a confident campaign marketer who enjoys working collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and seeing campaigns through from brief to performance review.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, direct and owned channels
- Develop clear campaign briefs to support creative, media and fulfilment partners
- Manage production of campaign assets, including stakeholder, legal and compliance sign-off
- Support Marketing Managers with execution of key campaign elements
- Develop marketing collateral to support RACV’s leisure portfolio
- Track and report campaign performance, optimising activity as required
- Manage allocated budgets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Deliver campaigns on time, on budget and against agreed targets
- Conduct post-implementation reviews, capturing insights and learnings
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and agency partners
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in campaign management across through-the-line marketing
- Strong experience across digital, LAM, eDM, online and direct channels
- Creative thinker, able to think out of the box to drive impact
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Sound judgement, strong attention to detail and a “can-do” mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to simplify complexity and focus on outcomes that deliver business value
- A collaborative, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
