We're seeking a Marketing Compliance Specialist to drive ongoing enhancements in our marketing systems and processes, ensuring they are not only compliant but also increasingly efficient and effective. This role offers a great opportunity to drive meaningful improvements in our ways of working.

 

What you'll do:

 

Elevate Compliance: Coordinate Marketing compliance and risk management processes, reducing risk and enhancing the marketing team's capabilities along with supporting and developing marketing training compliance for employees

 

Drive Efficiency: Support projects that continuously improve our speed to market and reporting capabilities.

 

Manage Our System: Administer and improve the core processes and technology solutions that power our end-to-end marketing approval workflow tool.

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking a skilled professional with a tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field and experience in a business-to-consumer environment, preferably within a large corporate structure.

 

You'll be a specialist in marketing operations, with a deep understanding of the core go-to-market process and the key drivers of efficiency, speed, and risk management. Your background should include proven experience in process design, process management, and project delivery, along with a strong grasp of the legal, reputational, and operational risks inherent in marketing, especially within a diverse business that includes financial services.

 

The ideal candidate will be proficient in marketing operations and resource management systems (experience with Jira and Confluence is an advantage), and have a proven track record of collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Your continuous improvement mindset and excellent communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
