You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our Property team delivers exceptional service. Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

 

  • Team Management: Manage a team of Project Managers and Engineers, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.

 

  • Project Management: Deliver projects from small capital works to larger refurbishments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and stakeholder expectations.

 

  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including internal RACV enterprise clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives.

 

  • Design Expertise: Contribute to design discussions and feasibility reviews, providing practical input to ensure project viability and alignment with operational needs.

 

  • Budget and Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and report on project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing risks and challenges to keep projects on track.

 

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to compliance requirements and best practices within the industry.

 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to project delivery tools, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • 5+ years’ experience in the project management of multiple construction projects concurrently, within complex commercial environments, multiple stakeholders and significant risk management experience.
  • Managing a multi-disciplined technical team including Architects, engineers, building surveyors, Town Planners, Quantity Surveyors and Contractors.
  • Managing all stages of a project, including Concept Design, Detailed Design, Tender documentation, Contract Evaluation and Award, Construction and DLP
  • Experience in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for medium to major sized projects.
  • Managing and working in a multi-disciplined organisation requiring the delivery of a wide range of property / building-related functions
