As our Learning Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping capability across the RACV Group by partnering with leaders to identify capability needs, design impactful learning solutions, and influence learning strategy that supports business performance. 

 

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager and working closely with the Organisational Capability & Learning (OC&L) leadership team, you'll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation, helping translate business challenges into learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes. 

 

Drawing on your expertise in learning design, capability development and contemporary learning practice, you'll use data, insights and stakeholder collaboration to design engaging blended learning experiences that build capability, improve performance and support RACV's strategic priorities. 

 

You'll also play a leading role in establishing and embedding learning design standards, tools and frameworks that elevate the quality and consistency of learning across the organisation.  

 

 

What you'll be doing 

 

  • Partner with stakeholders to conduct learning needs analyses and identify capability requirements 

  • Provide expert advice on the most effective learning strategies and solutions to achieve business outcomes 

  • Design and implement engaging blended learning solutions that build capability and influence behaviour change 

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing learning solutions and improve learner experiences 

  • Develop and maintain learning design standards, tools, templates and guidelines that support quality learning experiences 

  • Manage multiple learning projects, balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations 

  • Design and implement evaluation approaches to measure learner engagement, capability uplift and business impact 

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning across RACV 

 

 

What you'll bring 

 

  • Demonstrated expertise designing and developing blended learning solutions for diverse audiences 

  • Strong understanding of industry trends and contemporary learning design methodologies 

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into practical learning solutions 

  • Knowledge of learning evaluation techniques and continuous improvement practices 

  • Experience working within iterative design environments 

  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills 

  • Formal qualifications in Adult Learning, Learning Design, Organisational Development or a related discipline (desirable) 

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
