About the Role 

 

Are you a zestful and charismatic facilitator with a passion for leadership and learning? Join RACV Group as a Learning Facilitator and make a real impact! Collaborate with the Organisational Capable & Learning team and key stakeholders to deliver powerful learning programs that elevate our leaders and teams. Use your expertise to engage diverse groups through both face-to-face and virtual initiatives. Ensure our capability solutions are top-notch and aligned with our enterprise goals.   • The ability to facilitate engaging and efficient learning and leadership development programs using a blended learning approach. 

  • Partner with the Leadership Development Manager to deliver learning solutions with measurable capability uplift. 

  • Collaborate with the Organisational Capability & Learning team to implement learning solutions aligned with the Strategic Plan. 

  • Ensure learning content is current with new policies, processes, and procedures. 

  • Adapt facilitation style to meet the specific needs of diverse groups. 

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal clients and team members. 

 

What you’ll need to be successful 
 

  • Solid coaching and development skills to effectively facilitate a variety of courses within allocated time frames. 

  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Design principles and processes. 

  • High-end facilitation and presentation skills, both face-to-face and virtually, along with excellent communication skills. 

  • Adaptability and comfort with changes in business direction and priorities, demonstrating a drive for results and ownership of issues. 

  • The ability to think strategically based on business needs, being a self-starter who uses initiative and takes ownership of projects to completion. 

  • A positive and energetic attitude, working effectively within a team and across departments, building rapport with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
