Great things start here
Join our team of business professionals doing meaningful work in an organisation that’s ever evolving. Work with people who care and expand your career with opportunities only a diverse business can provide. With license to see things through your way, and the option to split your time between office and home, RACV is where you’ll make a difference.
About the opportunity
We're looking for a Junior Systems Analyst to join our Technology Platforms team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their infrastructure career who is eager to learn, develop their technical skills and build a long-term career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Operations Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting RACV's core technology systems and services. Working closely with the Systems Administration and Service Desk teams, you'll help ensure our technology environment remains secure, reliable and efficient.
Key responsibilities include
-
Managing user onboarding, offboarding and access changes across Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
-
Provisioning and supporting mailboxes, distribution groups and access permissions
-
Triaging and resolving Level 3 infrastructure support tickets escalated from the Service Desk
-
Assisting with troubleshooting access, email, file share and system administration issues
-
Supporting Windows Server environments, Group Policy administration and routine infrastructure maintenance activities
-
Participating in patching, system maintenance and operational improvement initiatives
-
Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audit, compliance and security requirements
-
Identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency
What you’ll need to be successful
This is an entry-level opportunity, so we're more interested in your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn than having every technical skill from day one.
You'll ideally have
-
Some experience in a Service Desk, Support or UAM role
-
Understanding of user access management, mailbox administration and group management
-
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Entra ID, AD, Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration
-
Use of Service Now or similar ticketing system.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
-
A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
There’s so much on offer when you join RACV
-
A flexible, informal work environment that supports balance between work and home
-
Generous discounts on home and car insurance policies and RACV roadside care
-
RACV Club membership and great discounts across RACV resorts
-
Monthly-updated discounts from a wide range of corporate partners
