RACV’s Application Delivery team are responsible for the management, SME expertise, maintenance, uptime, service level agreements and support a diverse range of key business applications across the RACV portfolio of businesses.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Leisure Systems Manager, the Hospitality Applications Engineer supports the availability, maintenance, administration, configuration, and service management of various hospitality applications which underpin RACV’s Leisure business.

You will work with internal business stakeholders (Club, Resorts, Revenue, Finance, Growth Strategy and Analytics), Technology stakeholders across different supply teams mainly Infrastructure, Cyber and Architecture and vendors to ensure agreed system upgrades, processes, and procedures are in place to support business operations

Key responsibilities:

• maintain all Hospitality applications required to support the Leisure division
• ensure key applications are supported, run efficiently, assist with the maintenance of application currency, supports regulatory and compliance requirements; and operates within the RACV IT and Risk and Compliance Framework (Governance, Security, Access and Usage).
• deliver an effective balance of hospitality system subject expertise to support current and future operational demand, service management, communication, and application product knowledge to inform and implement continuous improvement initiatives including supporting project work where key hospitality systems are impacted

Who we’re looking for and what you’ll bring

• Substantial experience and professional credibility generally 7+ years
• Degree in an area of sub discipline and extensive industry experience
• ACS (preferred), Hospitality Front of House and/or Food and Beverage Services
• ITIL, Agile Delivery Method, Waterfall Delivery Method, Application Support
