You will collaborate with the GM AI Strategy, AI Delivery & Adoption, Data leaders and  governance, and partner with business owners/SMEs and Technology to align AI solutions with business needs and technical roadmaps.

  • Identify AI‑based initiatives and use cases grounded in RACV’s business strategy and informed by how AI is being applied externally.
  • Articulate value for each initiative and collaborate with the business to agree potential upside, ease of implementation, and inter‑stream dependencies.
  • Shape initiatives into a future pipeline, developing business cases and high‑level plans that Stream Leads can convert to detailed implementation plans.
  • Propose initial approaches and define where experimentation is required to validate and refine concepts.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners of AI streams, business SMEs (as beneficiaries and owners of delivered capability), and experimentation teams.
  • Oversee value tracking and measurement across all AI streams linking outcomes to reported financials.
  • Lead the framework for tracking activity within the AI Strategy team, supporting prioritisation and clear accountability across the team.
