What our program offers:

A 12-month graduate program that includes three, four-month rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation followed by a permanent full-time opportunity

Exposure to Senior Leaders through “meet & greet” sessions tailored specifically for the graduate program

About the Opportunity
Commencing in February 2026, as our Travel & Experiences Graduate, you’ll complete three four-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.
Step into a true generalist role where you’ll work with our Member & Benefits team across B2B engagement, business promotion, system operations and customer service. Supporting our Leisure division, the largest within RACV, you will gain an understanding of our hotel and resort operations whilst working in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment that offers insight into a wide range of business functions. Throughout the program, you could be involved with:

You’ll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career. You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more!
What you’ll need to be successful:
At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Marketing, Analytics, or a related field

Will have completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years

Inquisitive nature – we love questions!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong relationship builder and team player

Eagerness to learn and grow in an ever-evolving part of the business

Previous work experience in hospitality, loyalty or a related or similar fields would be advantageous
- Successful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple work locations

If successful, next steps will be the completion of several online assessments consisting of a 20 minute AI online chat interview, psychometric testing and a video interview.
Following this, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face assessment day.
