About the Opportunity

 

Join our Technology team as a Finance Systems Lead, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting and optimising Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Financials, Procurement and Expenses.

 

You’ll provide L2/L3 technical support across Oracle Fusion ERP and integrations, ensuring system stability, performance and security. Working within an ITIL-aligned environment, you’ll troubleshoot complex issues, support integrations via Oracle Integration Cloud, and drive continuous improvement.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement and Expenses
  • Diagnose and resolve integration, data load and system issues
  • Support and monitor integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Manage incidents, problems and service requests in line with ITIL practices
  • Support change and release activities, including deployments and testing
  • Perform root cause analysis to reduce recurring issues
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles
  • Support security, access and compliance activities, including audits

 

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials, Procurement, Expenses)
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs, file-based integrations and scheduled processes
  • Solid understanding of ERP data flows and integrations
  • Experience working in an ITIL-based support environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

 

 

Nice to have

 

  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, security models or FlexDeploy
  • Experience in post-implementation or operational support environments
  • Relevant certifications (ITIL, Oracle)
