About the Opportunity

 

Join our Technology team as a Finance Systems Analyst, supporting the day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Financials, Procurement and Expenses. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our ERP platform and integrations. Working within an ITIL-aligned environment, you’ll support incidents, monitor integrations, and contribute to ongoing system improvements.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Provide application support for Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and system issues
  • Monitor integrations and scheduled processes (OIC)
  • Support data interfaces, reconciliation and issue resolution
  • Contribute to testing, change and release activities
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and team processes

 

 

 

What you’ll need to be successful

 

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications (ideally Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)
  • Exposure to Finance, Procurement or Expenses processes
  • Experience with integrations (e.g. OIC, APIs, file-based interfaces)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in an ITIL or service management environment
